Pheasant Hunters! It’s
already the end of August. It’s
crazy that another summer has come and gone so quickly.
It’s always a little sad to see those hot summer days go… but then
you remember that hunting season is almost here!
Hmmm, I’m over it! Let’s
go hunting!
It’s
been a great summer for raising pheasants. This
year we have some beautiful birds… strong fliers with nice long tails.
They’re ready for you and your trusty old shotgun to come and visit.
We will be opening up the new season on September 1st and
we’re looking forward to seeing you all again. It’s
a perfect time to get out and enjoy the beautiful fall weather, great cover, and
a great hunt. Just tell your wife
that it’s cheaper than taking your depressed dog to therapy!

We will try to update it frequently this year with pictures
of you having a good time bagging more birds. Don’t

page. Check us out there, add us as a friend, and add comments and pics of your own.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all again and as always, we
appreciate a phone call for reservations so we can get you set up with the best
hunt possible. Weekends fill up
quickly, so call early to get the best spots.
Weekdays are a great time to come and enjoy solitude on the Muddy Road
Ranch.

The regular 2011 price list will look like this:
Rooster only hunt: $18/bird
Mixed bag hunt (50/50 mix of hens and roosters): $15/bird
Hen only hunt: $13/bird
Chukar hunt: $12/bird
Guide and dog fee: $25/hour
